Do I have to create an account?
It is not compulsory to create an account in order to shop with us. When continuing to checkout, you will have three (3) options:
* 1) Login to an existing account
* 2) Create a new account
* 3) Continue without creating an account.
If you choose to continue without creating an account with us, we will still require you to fill out a personal information form so that we know who we're sending the goods out to and to what address. We will also ask you to provide further contact information in the case that we need to contact you regarding your purchase.
I can't login to my account?
Simply click the "
Password forgotten? Click here." link, this will take you to a password renewal page. Enter the email address you used when signing up, your password will automatically be reset and the new password will be emailed to your registered email address.
I've forgotten my email & password?
If in the unfortunate event, you have forgotten both your email address and password then you will need to "
Contact Us" stating you no longer have access to your email account and have forgotten your password. We will ask you a number of questions to verify ownership before releasing your details to you.
Why do you need my personal information?
In order to make your shopping experience with us a breeze, we ask that you provide us with your personal details. These details are then used if ever we may need to contact you in regards to a purchase.
We do not hold any credit/debit cards on our systems.
