I've Paid A Surcharge, How Do I Claim It Back?
You'll notice some of our products from the "Parts" section will have a surcharge applied at checkout. Our surcharge policy is put in place to ensure that old core parts are returned to us when required. Some manufacturers request that old core units are sent back in exchange for new/refurbished parts and charge us a surcharge until returned. To redeem your surcharge, simply return the old part to us (within the stated time) stating you're returning to redeem your surcharge and attach a copy of your Sinspeed Invoice. Our offices will then process your refund and contact you to confirm the refund has been processed. All surcharge refunds are normally handled within 1-2 working days from the date we receive your old unit.
