  • R53 2003 Mini Cooper S with the ABS, etc warning lights on. Showing NSF issue. Wheel sensors replaced, wheel bearing, wiring checks out OK. Next up may well be the pump/control unit.. Falkirk location probably the nearest at the moment. Can you let me know availability/options please?

  • Hi,
    I have a 2007 (July) Mini Cooper, the ABS light is on, I connected a scanner and it come up with only one code: 5D98 control-unit fault : supply , valves. SW – V3.9 SS390808
    Pt No: 6782311 Code Index: 05 Diagnosis index: 0EE2 Variant index: 5159 hardware Number: 03 Date,: 19.06.2007

    I checked the wheel speed sensors and get a live feed from each wheel all at the correct speed. Have checked the plug going to the ABS module and its very clean no corrosion. The car drives and appears to brake ok

  • hi can you help I have a Mini Cooper – july 2007 model, the abs light is on and I have connected a scanner it comes up with fault code: 5D98 Control-unit fault: supply, valves
    BMW Pt No: 6782311 Coding Index: 05 Diagnostics Index : 0EE2

    I removed the plug to the abs module and its very clean so no water ingress.
    can this be tested/repaired ?

  • Hi, my daughter has a 2001 Mini Cooper 1.6. The ABS and Handbrake light have been coming on intermittently for the last few weeks, but more frequently over the last few days. I have used an OBD reader and there are no faults logged. With the ABS light on there is no ABS pulsing when skidding to a halt (on a very muddy drive). When the ABS light is off the brake pedal pulses and the ABS appears to be doing its job. Is this indicative of a failed ABS pump that you can refurbish or should I be looking elsewhere?   • My 2002 Mini One 1.6 petrol shows abs light on dash, diagnostics indicate faulty pump. Can you price for check and repair or can you confirm if a second hand pump can be fitted. Part number on pump is 3451 6757-062 , electronics number is 10-0960 0860-3 Thank you

  • Hi I have a 2004 Mini Cooper S, all the lights showing, wiring checked and seems ok, constant wheel speed sensor fault although sensor has been replaced and confirmed as working, please can you send me the email with pricing for diagnosis and repair the ABS unit?

    Am sending the R56 Cooper S ABS unit over to you over the holiday period from Sydney, Australia. When do you re-open after the New Year so i can ascertain when it may arrive back and what would you anticipate the turnaround for the part?
