Alfa 147 Blue&Me Unit Repair
An unstable Bluetooth connection on the 147, a module that no longer communicates with the car and an odometer that flashes are typical of an ageing Blue&Me unit. The 147 listing names it the comfort / convenience control module; in practice it is Blue&Me, also written Blue and Me — the phone and media unit, not the engine ECU. It looks after Bluetooth pairing, calls, USB music and voice commands, and it is known to fail with age. The 147’s own unit is taken out by your garage, or by you, posted to us and repaired, then returned ready to refit.
