Giulietta Blue&Me Repair
When the Giulietta loses Bluetooth, USB and even the CD at once, and the odometer starts blinking, the Blue&Me unit is the usual source. Known too as Blue and Me, and listed here as the comfort / convenience control module, it is the hands-free and media module rather than the engine ECU, looking after phone pairing, calls, USB playback and voice commands. A failing one can also drain the battery, which soon shows on a car used every day. The Giulietta’s own unit is removed by your garage, or by you, and posted to us; we repair it and return it ready to refit.
