GT Blue&Me Bluetooth Module Repair
On a GT with plenty of years behind it, the Blue&Me unit is known to fail, and age does it no favours. The listing calls it the comfort / convenience control module, but it is not the engine ECU: Blue&Me, sometimes written Blue and Me, is the Fiat-group module behind Bluetooth calls, USB media and voice commands, operated from the steering wheel. The typical faults are power that cuts in and out, a mileage display that flashes, and a battery that drains while the car is parked. Once your garage has removed the module and posted it to us, we repair the GT’s own unit and send it back.

Rule Out the Simple Things
An older handset may simply not get on with the system, so see whether another phone connects before blaming the module, and try a different USB stick if only music has stopped. A blown fuse or a radio problem can silence Blue&Me just as completely. A drain is worth having measured, since an ageing battery or another unit can be the cause.
