Our iDrive Remanufacturing Procedure

All units are first tested on our purpose built testing station which allows us to power the unit up and simulate it as if it was still connected to the vehicle. We can then assess the problem and confirm all underlying faults. We then proceed to carrying out the repairs, replacing any necessary major components including the liquid crystal display (LCD). After repairs the unit is re-assembled and tested again to confirm full functionality before returning the unit to you.

    BMW 318i 2016 IDrive keeps rebooting every 1-2 minutes. When it reboots the radio and sat nav all work but then appears to loose power and drops out.
    Can you advise what the problem is and a cost of repair thanks

    I got the similar problem on my bmw 3 serie 320d 2015 the display unit is on when my car power is on and Goes off itself and keeps doing that all the time

    Hi I have a 14 plate BMW 3 series diesel. the Connected drive (I Drive?) just keeps rebooting itself. It will stay on a minute or so and then reboots again. I can send a video of it if required.
