After repairs the unit is re-assembled and tested again to confirm full functionality before returning the unit to you.

Hi, I have 04 BMW 1 series E87 – idrive is not working – screen only shows BMW logo can you fix this and how much?
I have a 57 plate 7 series ld with build in sat nav and tv also in the back of the car. The sat nav and tv very rarely works when the car is turned on, it is scrambled as if an old tv with no aerial. Sometimes it works fine and the screen always works fine other than for the use of tv or sat nav, have you seen this problem before? The screen has been re programmed with no success.
Please could you help recently purchased a 330i 2008 and the sat nav is not working, the display keeps saying insert disc when the disc is already in the DVD player as if it’s not reading it?! Could you help me?

Hi, Similar fault to above. i.e. nav asks for disc but wont read it. Drive is prof and it will still play a cd. I heard a random clatter from the mech some time ago as if looking for some thing. But thought this was normal. 08 drive and disc. Tried a latter disc to no avail. regards G w
the system has just stopped working and wont switch on, some times get BMW on the screen but flickers off again. could this be repaid ? or how much to replace?

I have a BMW X5 2007 and the lcd screen seems to have lost the back light ?
i can still see the screen in daylight (only just though) but at night i can’t see it at all unless i shine a light on it.
any ideas ?

i have a BMW e60 2003 530d.
Idrive does not switch on or work and screen is completely blank, its dead.
your colleague quoted me on the phone for full repair with lifetime guarantee.

Disk read error with DVD satnav. I have a 2005 BMW 325i estate and I keep getting a disk error. I bought a new dvd, but it stopped working.
