Repair for the Brera’s Blue&Me System
Steering-wheel phone buttons that stop answering, a Brera that no longer connects to your phone, and hands-free that works on one journey but not the next all point to a failing Blue&Me module. It is listed here as the comfort / convenience control module, yet it has nothing to do with the engine ECU: Blue&Me (also spelt Blue and Me) is the Fiat-group unit that runs Bluetooth calls, USB media and voice commands. Before You Send the Brera’s Module
Pair another handset to make sure the phone’s own Bluetooth and software are not the problem, and check that the system’s fuse is intact. If the radio is also dead, the head unit may be the real fault. A battery that keeps going flat should have its drain measured, as other units can cause it too. If Blue&Me is still the suspect, give us the Brera’s symptoms on the repair form or contact us.
