Could the Problem Be the Phone?
Sometimes. Try pairing a different phone, since a handset’s own Bluetooth or software can refuse to connect, and try another USB stick if only music playback has stopped. A blown fuse or a radio fault can also silence the system. If Blue&Me still will not respond, describe it on the repair form or contact us.
