The Sanden PXE16 air conditioning compressor is a direct replacement for the factory unit on all Volkswagen Golfs Mk5. The factory units have a manufacturing defect (lack of lubrication) which thus leads to metal fatigue, causing the shafts to break inside and small particles of metal to block up the control valve and contaminate the entire air conditioning system. Please note, before fitting this unit you must flush the system completely for a minimum of 4 hours. We do offer a full supply & fit service as well, contact us for more details. It is also advised that you change the dryer unit and TXV valve at the same time.

All items from the Sinspeed store are dispatched from within the United Kingdom. My item has not yet arrived?We send all items via courier, it may be that the courier came to deliver your item and you were not in in which case they will leave an "Attempted Delivery" card through your letterbox. In the case that your item has not been delivered within 3 working days of making your purchase, contact us with your transaction ID and full name, we will then trace your item for you and release details of a consignment number and contact details of the courier so that you can arrange a time for delivery/collection. Can you ship to an alternative address? The option to ship your item to an alternative address is given to you during the checkout procedure.
