The Sanden PXE13 is an air conditioning compressor unit that is fitted to a wide range of VAG group vehicles (Audi / Seat / Skoda / Volkswagen) from 1999 – 2009. The Sanden PXE13 is an interchangeable compressor unit, and we stock brand new genuine OEM compressors as well as after market units.

If you find that due to one of the reasons above, the air conditioning unit on your Seat fails, there are several options to replace your aircon compressor. Either you can go the main dealer where you could be quoted in the region of £500 + VAT + Labour for a replacement, or another option would be to purchase a second hand used part. The risks with this option however is that you may have minimal knowledge of the maintenance of the previous vehicle it was fitted to and will not have accurate knowledge on how much mileage it covered, therefore there would be no guarantee on how long the aircon unit would last.
